Make an Impact by
• Overall Technical Principal for Singtel’s Communication Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) to architect platforms, design solutions, create new services and drive roadmaps and deliverables.
• Develop in-depth expertise and understanding of Singtel’s Network and IT infrastructure and setup.
• Design future proof CPaaS architecture across Network (Fixed, Mobile, API, Analytics, supporting functions) and IT network.
• Collaborate with CPaaS Business on use-cases and develop end-to-end optimized and efficient solutions across Network and IT.
• Lead cross-functional domain experts in Telco services and platforms (Voice, Messaging, API) internally and externally across vendors and partners.
• Build highly resilient and secure platforms and end-to-end solutions.
• Design and lead end-to-end tests and validations.
• Regular updates to Management, including progress and resolutions or escalations to address issues that affect deliverables.
• Ensure comprehensive end to end documentations.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Skills for Success
• Degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Information Technology.
• ~15 years of relevant working experience in architecting, designing and developing Telecommunication and IT systems and solutions.
• Expertise in Telecommunication and IT networking including IP Networking, SS7/Sigtran, SMPP, SIP, Mobile technologies (4G/5G), IMS, APIs, Cybersecurity and Software Development.
• Familiarity or associations with Open Gateway APIs, TM Forum, GSMA is an advantage.
• Ability to translate technical strategy and architectures into concrete, minimal viable products, with the right trade-offs and phasing.
• Knowledge and experience in program/project management.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Outstanding leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and able to be both a leader and a team player across different groups and levels in an agile environment.
• Good understanding of procurement and legal contracts
• Financial knowledge, including capital and operational expenditures.
