Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ). The Role: The ability to ideate solutions for client business objectives, develop requirements, and launch them effectively is a key factor to success in this role. The ideal person for this role should have a passion for technology and payments, a strong product and technical background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to drive results while working independently within a complex environment. The position also calls for a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams while building strong relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Must have exposure to Program & Stakeholder Management ● Exposure to Client management and handling escalations ● Ability to take initiative and operate independently ● Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly in order to problem-solve and drive decision-making effectively ● Must have a detailed understanding of Digital payments ecosystems. ● Must have a detailed understanding of the roles of various players in the ecosystem: ● Networks (VISA, Mastercard, NPCI, AMEX, etc) ● Deep understanding of role & responsibilities of below participants • Acquirers and Issuers • Payment Facilitators • TSPs • Merchants ● Understand the above across various payment instruments like Cards, UPI, Netbanking, NACH, Wallets, etc ● Facilitate pre-sale support, able to prepare scope documents ● Facilitate training and feature offerings to Banks & Merchants ● Provide necessary support for Bank Audits & Payment collections Mandatory Qualifications: ● Ensuring collaboration with the stakeholders and launching new product lines. Must have program & takeholder & basic API knowledge management ● Must have a Functional & Technical expertise in Payments domain ● Must be adept at developing and managing business relationships across levels ● Superior communication ● Solid understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the payments business, with a focus on Cards / upi / nach, to be able to create business cases and functional requirement documents ● Must be highly motivated and energetic with a desire to go the extra mile to create superior products and experiences for Razorpay’s customers ● Must strongly exhibit collaboration and be transparent in business dealings ● Excellent analytical, organizational and project/ program management skills to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. ● BE/ MCA preferred
