Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for assisting the Executive Director of Operations with the oversight of the effective and successful management of the Company’s productivity, quality control, labor resources, business processes and regulatory compliance
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to the tasks and responsibilities set forth below, which may change from time to time based on Company’s needs
In addition, the Associate Director of Operations will be expected to perform other similar duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Duties And Areas Of Responsibility
Assist with screening and interviewing labor resources for the Company
Monitor the performance of Company labor resources
Provide training and counseling to Company’s labor resources
Manage staff levels and hours of Company’s labor resources
Assist Executive Director of Operations with planning, assigning and directing work of Company employees under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Operations, including but not limited to, Administrative Assistants and Accounting employees
Assist with management and monitoring of new and existing Company clients
Develop relationships and establish communication with clients
Troubleshoot client and staff concerns
Oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure the successful and efficient operation of the Company
Assist with Company’s HIPAA and HITECH compliance efforts
Assist Executive Director of Operations with the coordination, supervision, and monitoring of human resources activities and policies and procedures
Represent Company at client and internal meetings
Work closely with Company’s management team to set and implement policies and systems
Communicate operating policies to Company staff
Assist with tracking and management of vendor performance and budgets
Coordinate with Company’s IT resources to ensure successful operation of Company’s systems and applications
GENERAL ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS In Addition To The Duties And Responsibilities Unique To The Associate Director Of Operations Role, The Employee Must Also Fulfill The Following Requirements Which Are Essential To Every Employee’s Job:

Experience:
