Key Responsibilities And Duties
• Planning programs and setting goals to strategically address the organization's current and future workforce needs; consulting on recruiting and staff allocation issues to departments.
• Leading improvement initiatives for staffing programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies.
• Managing a group of recruiters to implement strategic recruitment and employment programs.
• Enhancing recruitment strategies, processes, tools and partnerships with external vendors.
