- Someone with strong experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention, Client Interfacing, Performance Management, Coaching & Leadership Development, Change Management, and Policy Administration & Implementation.
- Drives the end-to-end people strategy, focusing on building, scaling, and managing talent for high-performance, technology-driven, or shared services operations. Key responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, organizational design, compensation, and cultural alignment with global standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale organizational change, stakeholder management at the senior level, and deep knowledge of HR technology and analytics.
- Building employee value, driving the vision, and fueling positive organization development & a high-performance culture in a leading global organization.
- Partnered with CXOs & CHROs to deliver transformations and enhance decision agility and talent readiness for Future of Work.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to align with the company's growth objectives and industry best practices.
- Experience of working Tech organization is must.
