About the Role :
World of Ikat is looking for an exceptional Fashion Designer and Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in garment construction, pattern making and creating tech packs along with indepth knowledge of relevant softwares.
Job Summary :
This is a full time position based out of Mumbai
• Manage daily operations, monitor garment production, quality checks and logistics
• Develop innovative collections from concept to execution keeping our brand values in mind
• Create detailed tech packs as per our SOP’s
• Create size charts and pattern grading as and when required
• Moodboards
• Handle social media
• Coordinate with our website team
• Manage and style photo shoots
Requirements:
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Fashion graduate preferably from NIFT – freshers based in Mumbai only may apply
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Procreate
• Excellent research and analysis skills, ability to think fast and work in a fast paced environment
• Genuine interest and knowledge of sustainable fashion and handcrafted textiles
