Job Description
- Perform reconciliations between bank statements and settlement statements.
- Prepare, consolidate, review, and send out invoices and payment information.
- Follow up various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment or post invoices
- Prepare reports: Operational Report, Revenue Performance, Margins vs Efficiency Performance.
- Prioritize and manage changing priorities from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
• *Required Qualifications & Experience**:
- 2-4 years’ experience handling financial operations
- Graduate degree in finance or accounting, or similar professional academic qualification such as B. Com/M.Com/MBA
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with finance departments of customers.
- Good to have knowledge on Excel Macros or google Apps scripting but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
