Job Description
The Specialist, Global Workforce Analytics job is responsible for analyzing workforce metrics to optimize human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates. Working independently under limited supervision, this job conducts quantitative analysis and develops predictive models used for enhancing forecasting accuracy and improving workforce decision making. This job also responsible for the identification, development and reporting of human capital and related business metrics.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Develops and implements initiatives to build basic analytical skill or proficiency across the human resources function and collaborates across other business units.
• Identifies the organization's business needs to develop reporting frameworks, procedures and practices for generating reports.
• Identifies trends and formulates projections and predictive analysis through collaboration with internal teams to support workforce optimization and objectives.
• Designs and develops reports to help senior management understand current state and better assess the organization's challenges.
• Implements enhancements that standardize and streamline processes, assure data quality and reliability, and reduce processing time to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data.
• Enhances efficiency of managing data to allow for greater speed and accuracy of producing analysis, metrics and insights through collaboration with various internal teams.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
