Description of the roleThe candidate will be part of the HR Shared Services function supporting process around the employee life cycle.This is not an HRBP role
• Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Support HR Shared Services (HRSS) processes around the employee life cycle2. SLA management for employee queries3. Deliver services in the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement4. Review internal Processes and recommend good practices5. Enhance employee experience by transforming tools and processes.6. HRMS data management, reporting & analytics7. Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership8. Audit & Compliance to ensure process hygiene/controls are maintained Desired Skills Experience & Qualifications1. Full-time Degree or equivalent work experience2.
3-6 years of deep understanding and strong knowledge of HR processes delivered out of a Shared Service or HR Operations setup is mandatory3.
Experience working in HR Information systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Success factor will be an added advantage4. Strong oral and written communication skills with high level of personal integrity, Interpersonal and relationship development skills5. Should have good knowledge and hands on experience of MS Office tools6. Must be able to collaborate and engage with stakeholders7.
