Associate HR Consultant
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Associate HR Consultant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.
How You Will Make An Impact
• Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Business HR Support team.
• Oversees administrative support projects, ensuring timely completion of enterprise initiatives in support of our Ethics & Compliance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and HR Compliance Centers of Excellence partners.
• Analyzes data and compiles monthly/quarterly reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Serves as the first point of contact for routine questions regarding human resources policies and procedures, providing clear and accurate information.
• Assists in the administrative processes for terminations, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Facilitates new hire orientation sessions, ensuring new HR associates are well-integrated into the company culture.
• Under direct guidance, conducts required research for HR actions, including associate relations issues and legal and compliance matters, ensuring thorough and accurate findings.
• Supports the enterprise disaster recovery efforts to ensure associates impacted by natural or man-made disasters are provided support following event.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a high school diploma and minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Prior HR experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required.
