Job Description
• Respond to system inquiries and close the tickets raised in the HR system.
• Management of repeatable processes within the agreed upon deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Should work on complete hire to retire transactions in HR System.
• Perform all actions related to Employee Data Management (EDM), including HR audits, HR/headcount reporting, etc. and must perform data quality checks of your own transactions on the cases performed.
• Organize and work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
• Troubleshoot, advise, and resolve employee issues related to benefits, company policies, promotions, change of managers, etc.
• Managing and tracking timecards.
• Involvement in HR special projects.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Must have handled HR operations
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA in HR preferred
• Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools
• Quality and service mentality and excellent customer orientation
Work Timings: 6.00 PM – 3.00 AM IST
Work Location: Bangalore
