Job Description

As a People Associate, you will support the implementation of the vertical strategy for all our stakeholders (Staff, Volunteers, Interns and Consultants). Through the role, you will demonstrate significant operational excellence, problem solving and project management skills. You will also be responsible for laying the basis for a strong culture and work closely with the People Manager and other teams to ensure high engagement, Developerpment and retention of Staff and Fellows.

The Delhi Operations team is the largest Teach For India team contributing to 25% of everything organizationally - Fellows, Alumni, Staff & students. Being the political nerve center of the country, the comes with its own exciting challenges and opportunities. The People vertical lays the foundation for an enabling environment for all Staff members to Developerp and practice their own personal theories of change while working towards the vision of a collective leadership in the region and bringing the education movement alive.

Responsibilities
1) HR Process Support & Execution
Developerp a strategy and implementation plan towards a high performance culture in the team Staff, Volunteers, Interns and Consultants.
Executing hiring processes (vetting applications, HR interviews, coordinating with applicants and hiring managers) to fill in key positions on the Staff team
Lead the design and execution of the volunteer investment and engagement strategy for the .
Thought partner with Staff around critical policies like Support Plans, Child Protection and Code of Conduct and work with the People Manager to build capa in PMs on the same.
Support the design and execution of tactical pieces such as recruitment, onboarding, Developerpment, performance management, transitions, exits and promotions etc.
Work with the Administration Assistant to verify Fellow payroll data on a monthly basis for stipend processing
2) Learning & Developerpment
Support and execute learning and Developerpment initiatives for managers and associates across all verticals in collaboration with the People Manager and vertical heads.
Collect and continuously monitor data from learning surveys administered after every collective space and continually loop feedback into the design of the space.
Support execution of monthly All Staff Meetings (ACSMs) and bi-annual Staff retreats.

Additional Responsibilities
Support Fellow Registration and Training at Institute based on interest and skills.
Support in planning and organizing events like Conferences, Staff & Fellow Inductions, Student Leadership events, TFI Week, Fellow & Staff retreats etc.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Bachelors degree and 1-2 years of work experience
English communication skills, both verbal and written
Organizing and planning work and resources
Resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented
Project Management
Data Analysis
