Job Responsibilities:
HR Projects / Interim HR Management
· Ability to assist CEO as well as the VP in HR Projects – Diagnosis, Interim HR Management
· Assist in making HR policies, processes, PMS process, Employee Engagement activities, Benchmark talent & compensation, Suggest / implement best practices, Make PPT’s, Reports etc
· Should be open to travel for a short trips to client’ offices, branches, manufacturing units as per requirement - PAN India
Talent Acquisition
· S/he will be responsible to devise and carry out research on clients, competitors, market place, benchmarking and mapping suitable candidates for the role
· S/he will be responsible to provide support to the seniors and source candidates for clients ranging from mid-senior to senior roles from various industries/sectors.
· Mapping role criteria and job / role description / cold calling.
· Conduct / schedule 1st level of Interview / assess candidates to find out competence and cultural fit.
· Presenting the updated profiles of the shortlisted candidates to the VPs.
· Conduct background checks for the shortlisted candidates.
Other skill sets:
• Shall have experience in HR Operations
• High energy levels with effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and multi-tasking
• High on integrity and eye for detail
• MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
• Qualification – Graduate / MBA / PG in any stream
