Key Responsibilities
• Drafting residential, commercial, and retail space layouts
• Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations (including MEP)
• Preparing BOQ
• Ensuring site/vendor coordination & material procurement
• Working on photography/ videography of sites
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience with an architect/interior designer
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
• Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Drafting skills - Proficient in AutoCAD
• Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max (optional)
