Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office operations, including maintaining files and records, managing appointments and schedules, and providing administrative support to senior staff. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related field
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including filing systems, record keeping, and travel booking
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
• Strong communication teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
• Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
