KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
Monitor daily Business operations i.e., Documentation preparation, Scrutiny & Disbursements
Address & resolve the challenges in Coordination with field teams.
Digital Documentation Processes i.e., Initiation of E-signing initiations of Loan Documentation.
E-Sharing of KYC, Loan Documentation and other documents to Financial Partners.
Onboarding of loans in Loan Management System (LMS)
Hard Copies collection from Branches/Centres and Submitting the same respective FI partners on periodical Intervals.
Preparation and Presentation of Daily MIS on Business Performance & Operations Performance.
Attend Audit observations and arrange suitable replies within timelines.
Sharing of Monthly Insurance MIS with Insurance partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduation (Regular)
Experience:
1-2 years of overall experience in finance and accounts.
Knowledge /Skills Required:
Excellent in MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
English & Hindi Compulsory. Having fluency in Marathi/Odiya will be added advantage.
Competencies Required:
Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
Keen process focuses and the ability to design scalable processes to meet product and solution needs.
Keen customer skills with a view to understanding their requirements.
Good written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to explore new methods and approaches to solve specific challenges.
