Key Responsibilities
• Primary Area of Responsibility – +0%
• Selection of Electrical Equipment as per process requirement, P & I D and Tender Documents, and Scrutinized the scope of work for Electrical.
• Preparation of Electrical Documents i.e. Electrical Load List, MCC Sizing, SLD, Cable Sizing, Transformer Sizing, Capacitor Sizing, DG set sizing, Substation sizing, Cable Schedule etc.
• Preparation, Review & Submission of Drawings i.e. earthing layout, MCC room Layout, Cable Route Layout, Single Line Diagrams and Equipment GA Layout etc. for client/consultant approval.
• Preparation of Electrical BOQ& cost estimation Electrical System of entire plant.
• Preparation of Electrical Equipment Datasheets i.e. Transformer Datasheet, HT Panel Datasheet, LT Panel Datasheet, UPS Datasheet, LCS Datasheet, Cable Datasheet, Cable Tray Datasheet, etc.
• Preparation of Detailed Vendor Scope & Material Requisition as per Tender Requirement
• Technical Evaluation of the bids received from vendors
• Design know how of High voltage switchyard (AIS) up to 66/132/220kV with applicable standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of ETAP (Single Line Creation as per ANSI/IEC, Short ckt analysis & Load Flow analysis)
• Primary Area of Responsibility –10 %
• Coordination with other departments for inputs
• Discussion with Vendors budgetary cost and technical inputs if any
