Job Description
Total PQE: - 5-7 years.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Establish, Implements, maintain privacy policies, procedures and controls for the company, and continually ensures that the company’s policies and procedures comply with applicable laws & regulation.
2. Understand the principles of data privacy laws and is well versed with data privacy law of Europe (GDPR) and Indian laws around data privacy including Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2026.
3. Maintain a privacy risk register and conduct periodic risk assessments.
4. Design and run an incidence response plan in the event of an unauthorized disclosure of customer and employee data as well as confidential information. Recommend preventive and corrective action plans for the gaps. If any.
5. Prepare guidelines for Data Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for any new projects, vendor engagements.
6. Administers delivery of training on privacy policies and procedures to all employees and maintain documentation of all training...
