Job Brief
At Seventh Triangle we are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within our organisation. This role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft effective sourcing strategies, and manage job postings across various platforms.
The ideal candidate should excel at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, and have a sharp instinct for identifying top talent. Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage and coordinate all phases of the hiring process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and define clear hiring criteria.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively review incoming applications and resumes. Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and channels.
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications, experience, and organise interviews.
• Ensure communication with the candidates at each phase of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for campus hiring initiatives.
• Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and coordinate the final onboarding process.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to the leadership team.
• Lead onboarding and induction sessions to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the recruitment and selection process.
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Softwares and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, and MS Word.
• Ability to perform job evaluations and create job descriptions.
