Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper procedures are followed in the creation and maintenance of import orders on Microsoft and Google platforms as required by the company.
· Understand all the requirements of customers and suppliers and take action to ensure their needs are met.
· Preparing indents, sales orders, proforma invoices, purchase orders on various platforms such as Microsoft and Google docs and excel sheets.
· Connect and follow up with customers for timely payment confirmations/receipts, letters of credit and any other required information.
· Check Letters of Credit and provide highlight any corrections and arrange for amendments.
· Determine best possible solutions for issues raised in any orders, escalated by customers.
· Understand and review shipping documents such as vessel booking confirmations, shipment confirmations and Non Negotiable Documents and arrange amendments, if needed before sending them to customers.
· Coordinate internally to ensure all the shipping documents received for orders are according to customers’ requirements and letters of credit.
· Speak with customers, their banks and shipping agents and CHAs for any order related issues and arrangements.
· Handle and resolve queries raised by suppliers and customers for orders.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain management or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or in logistics relating to imports.
· Excellent communications skills
· Good Negotiation skills
· Good command over the English language
· Working experience of CRM, MS Office, Google Docs and Sheets, and INCOTERMS

Salary: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
