Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager - Operations & Strategy to oversee and optimise our on-ground operations. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of our services, maintaining quality, and managing the end-to-end delivery process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
• Oversee and manage daily on-ground operations to ensure the timely and proper fulfilment of services.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures during the fulfilment process.
• Monitor and optimise video delivery turnaround time (TAT).
Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the on-ground hub team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for on-ground associates and pandits, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet operational standards.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategies for resource planning to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and create solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives.
Delivery Operations:
• Oversee the prasad delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Implement best practices in delivery operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing and optimising operational processes, with a focus on service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational data and make data-driven decisions.
