Job Title: Associate Marketing Specialist - Inbound B2B Marketing
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Specialist with experience in inbound B2B marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including lead generation, email marketing, content creation, and social media marketing. As an Associate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing inbound marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement, generate leads and grow our business.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and content marketing
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing content that speaks to our target audience and aligns with our brand messaging and positioning
• Manage lead generation initiatives, including creating landing pages, developing lead magnets and coordinating webinars
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure that they meet established KPIs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and priorities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the B2B marketing space, including marketing automation, lead scoring and nurturing, and account-based marketing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of experience in inbound B2B marketing
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Digital marketing and pay-per-click advertisements
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM platforms
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
