We are seeking an Associate level to join our team to work on a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in the United Kingdom. The salary range is £54,700 - £62,000 per annum.
Essential Qualifications:
• Essential AABC or RIBA SCA / CA accreditation
• Strong project delivery and management skills
• Proficiency in design, technical
• Strong experience in conservation / heritage projects - experience needed
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
• Experience across all RIBA stages
• Client communication skills
• Experience with NEC4 contracts; NEC Supervisor role is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit
Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from concept to delivery
• Engage in business development and client relations
• Manage and mentor team members
• Support long-term strategies for working on the heritage project
• Identify and secure new project opportunities
