ASSOCIATE, PEOPLE & CULTURE

This important role works within and provides strong administrative support to the Acera People & Culture team. The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to our People & Culture leader and team members in executing our nation-wide accountabilities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with employment related letters, employee file documentation, HRIS system administration, and coordination of People & Culture lead programs and functions. Other responsibilities to support the team will be assigned as required.

Full-time, permanent

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Human Resources related administrative experience; insurance industry experience is an asset but not required
Diploma or degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources preferred
CPHR designation, or working towards is considered an asset
Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
