About Job Role
We are looking for a fresh mind and passionate people experience to associate to join our team! He/She will supervise the daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative and data management procedures.
Roles and responsibilities
● Assist in making various reports and data management, onboarding-offboarding activities and in new joiners and existing employees’ documentation
● Organizing and supervising employee engagement activities - Birthday and work anniversary celebrations, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized.
● Support in Policy adherence and regulations
● Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems across company locations. Assess facility staff performance for both locations.
● Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations
● Ensure adequate basic supplies including stationary and related materials and proper accounting of maintaining records of purchase, maintenance bills and payment information.
● Performing regular inspections to ensure the office is functioning correctly.
● Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs, and contracts.
● Manage the Travel Booking and Travel plans
● Verifying the reimbursement sheet.
● Coordinating with Internal and External Parties
● To monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
● Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
Qualifications
● Experience - 2 to 4 Years
● Experience in managing multiple locations as an administrative person
● Very good understanding of office management processes
● Understanding of financial and facilities management principles
● Proficient in MS Office
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● MBA/BA in business administration or a relative field
