Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Reviews employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement and other HR related operations.
• Assists key stakeholders with data analysis, data validations, and data extracts.
• Examines and maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and retirement.
• Seeks advice from senior management regarding statistical reporting of internal managements and external agencies as well as prepares data and reports for compensation and benefit programs.
• Corresponds with human resource outsourcing vendors while consulting with upper level employees on strategic planning initiatives.
• Manages projects and processes to support the administration while coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
• Meets or exceeds service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces.
• Participates in HR initiatives, and serves as an HRIS subject matter expert in company-wide system integration projects when needed.
• Applies compliance and audit requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance and audit activities as required.
• Develops a thorough understanding of system employee information, processes, and policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)
• Responsible for maintaining HR system data, workday Configuration, RCAs, system security, and proper functioning of system interfaces.
• Manage integrity of user accounts data for support of integrated systems and SSO
• Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
• Point person for HR data mass uploads into workday system.
• Review and document system enhancements/added new functionality included in monthly patches.
• Maintain monthly department code updates in HRIS system.
• Maintain system security roles and provisioning within HRIS system.
• Develop test scenarios and conducts user end testing to ensure all processes work according to expectations and meet outlined requirements.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of all HRIS systems.
• Assists system users with training, data entry, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Meet or exceed service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces.
• Develop a thorough understanding of system employee information, processes, and policies.
• Provides support for Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, and HCM work structures (Department codes, Job codes, Locations)
• Participate in HR initiatives and serve as an HRIS subject matter expert in company-wide system integration projects when needed.
• Assist key stakeholders with data analysis, data validations, and data extracts.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and IT on a regular basis.
• Ensure HR data business process controls are followed.
• Experience protecting and working with confidential information when working in an open work environment.
• Ensure HRIS data confidentiality is maintained.
• Apply compliance and audit requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation as necessary, and participate in compliance and audit activities as required.
Functional Knowledge: What knowledge of concepts, process, principles or procedures is needed within discipline; SME?
• Experience with Software as a Service implementations and administration
• Strong understanding of business process documentation, requirements gathering and testing methodologies
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) with varying levels of HRIS knowledge
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Workday experience preferred.
