To lead and manage a team of building surveyors to deliver high-quality results.
To assess project documentation and provide technical expertise in accordance with Building Code of Australia and relevant Acts and Regulations.
To communicate effectively with project teams, authorities, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
To identify opportunities for new work and contribute to business development activities.
To maintain excellent relationships with our existing client base and expand our network through proactive engagement.
To provide training and support to technical resources in a day-to-day manner.
To carry out contract/risk management and quality assurance in accordance with business requirements.
