✔️ Experience: 8+ years in the fashion industry (academic experience is a plus)
✔️ Industry Exposure: Strong background in fashion, retail, sustainability, design, and craft

✂️ Design Sensibilities: A deep understanding of fashion design processes, creativity, and innovation
