Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit high-quality advisors to build a robust advisor base.
Provide guidance and assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development activities.
Ensure that advisors offer appropriate financial solutions to customers based on comprehensive need analysis and adhere to prescribed business processes and norms.
Achieve monthly business targets for generating new business and advisor recruitment.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
