Deliver and Support added value Retrofit solution packages to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness and improve Customers Operations & profitability The job holder will be responsible for the definition and integration of retrofit design solutions for XWB Family post aircraft delivery. Contributions to A320, A330/A340 and A380 Family projects may arise in a second step. Experience Level Needed: 0 to 3 years in the retrofit domain preferred ● Assist coordination of all design activities in terms of cost, time and quality ● Assist the Airframe RSE to, negotiate and validate internal and external engineering work packages ● Assist in release of design drawings (if necessary DOS delegations are available) ● Assist and follow-up of relevant change documents, i.e. TRS and relevant certification documents ● Support airworthiness activities and Safety Management System ● Provide engineering data and support to SB-Production, supply chain and other involved internal customers ● Participate to technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders ● Assist SB embodiment support remote/on-site (worldwide) ● Contribute regional events (workshops, webinars etc.) ● Assist customer escalations ● Seek continuous Improvement in the processes ● Assist technical part of projects ● Satisfy Customer expectations in term of safety, quality, lead time and cost For this position the following skills are requested ● Technical project management experience and proficiency in handling of typical design tools, such as CCD, CATIA V5, APS, 3DCOMM, PASS SSI, TAKSY/GILDA, CIRCE and ICC are required ● - Knowledge of aircraft Systems configuration management and Aircraft maintenance ● - Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills. ● - Communication skills and assertiveness. ● - English Advanced level is mandatory This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
