Job Description

Conduct a learning needs analysis and assist with the development of strategies to ensure that these needs are met.
Offer detail support to improve NTT learning programmes and content and participate in the development and deployment customised programmes based on the needs identified.
Schedule and co-ordinate both technical and behavioural learning interventions in line with annual training targets.
Ensure that learning programmes are conducted and facilitated correctly, applying and implementing the best learning tools and methodologies.
Work on strategic projects that evaluates the effectiveness of the learning interventions and incorporate the findings in the redesign of the programmes.
Present management information reports on learning and development initiatives and on the progress made in relation to the annual training targets.
Ensure that all learning and development interventions adhere to company procedure and policy and the relevant country legislation.
Responsible for enhancing the learning and development experience at the organisation through the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platforms.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on the co-ordination of learning and development programmes.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Degree in Industrial Psychology with learning and development specialisation
Relevant certifications

Required Experience:

Demonstrable experience in a similar role (learning and development) within a global organisation
Demonstrated success of providing sound learning and development
Specialist experience working coordinating information across multiple regions
