About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who lives and breathes marketing, understands digital storytelling, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You’ll be working closely on campaigns for top-tier sports academies, football clubs, tournaments, and lifestyle brands under Hatchlab’s umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns with a strong focus on sports and event marketing
• Develop and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Support branding, media coverage, influencer collaborations, and promotional events
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, trend analysis, and audience mapping
• Coordinate lead generation campaigns for sports academies and training programs
• Work closely with design, media, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Prepare high-quality PPT decks and structured marketing plans for internal and client use
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights
Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Sports Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or content (internships/freelance experience count too)
• Freshers with relevant academic projects or strong interest in sports marketing are welcome
• Skilled in content writing, social media management, and brand communications
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic Google Analytics
• Ability to create compelling presentation decks and structured marketing plans
• Affinity for sports (especially football, athletics, or sports branding) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and eager to learn in a high-impact environment
