Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through resume screening, networking, and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all involved parties.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
Manage candidate profiles, track progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop competitive and compelling job offers, extending offers to selected candidates and managing negotiations when necessary.
Promote the organization's employer brand by creating engaging job postings, participating in recruitment events, and leveraging social media platforms.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, and maintain proper documentation of all recruitment activities.
Skills
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
