Position Details
Job Title: Associate Teacher
Location: Jaipur
Department: Academics
Employment Type: Full-Time with Structured Training Program
Key Responsibilities
• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and student engagement.
• Support lesson planning, classroom management, and activity execution.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
• Contribute to co-curricular and interdisciplinary learning activities.
• Maintain student records, assessments, and classroom documentation.
• Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum implementation and innovation.
• Uphold the school’s values, ethics, and professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any stream with minimum 60% marks.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• 0–2 years of teaching or relevant experience.
• B.Ed. or Diploma in Education preferred.
• Passion for teaching, learning, and child development.
• Candidates from academics, sports, arts, media, robotics, and design backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
