Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Your Subject (60% time)
Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class
Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback to students
Build a positive and strong school culture focused on learning and joy
Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement in student learning
Mentoring Students (20% time)
Mentor 15-20 students throughout the year
Develop plans to ensure students have strong study habits, high attendance, and motivation to excel
Share best practices and mentoring plans with other teachers across the ecosystem
Helping with School Projects (20% time)
Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
Use these opportunities to strengthen leadership skills and mentor new teachers
Education & Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic and holistic performance
Preferred: Art Teacher Diploma (ATD) / Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) / GD Arts
Preferred: 1-2 years of teaching experience in a school
