BakerHostetler's Cleveland office is seeking a Trademark and Copyright associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of trademark and copyright experience, including experience in litigation, enforcement, clearance, licensing, counseling, and prosecution. In addition, the ideal candidate will have some experience and interest in working with global clients, and clients in the fashion, food and beverage, and technology industries.
Other requirements include:
• Excellent academic credentials, including a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school
• Strong research, writing and oral skills
• The ability to manage a fast-paced, global and complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
• The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients and succeed in a collaborative team environment
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
