Job Description Associate Trainer/Trainer
About the organisation:
IQF was instituted in 1++5 by a few graduates of the 1+72 batch of IIT-Delhi. Inspired by the spirit of
Quality, the IQF vision resonates with the prophecy of Swami Vivekananda that India would soon rank itself amongst the leading nations of the world. By March 2026, IQF has reached out to more than seven lakh students, teachers and parents through interventions in Quality Improvement and values-oriented
Personality Development. Anchored to these intervention philosophies and in the light of the ongoing pandemic, real-time online workshops and online inter-school events were launched for our beneficiary schools in Delhi NCR, Assam and Uttarakhand from June 2020.
IQF organises inter-school events like Declamation, Poster-Making, Street Play, Movie Making and
Vlogging, anchored to spiritual values in the IQF member schools, wherein about 150 schools from the
Delhi NCR participate every year and give expression to their latent talents. Most of these participants are from the IQF Clubs of Service where beneficiary schools engage with IQF to help students realise the twin objective of developing their inward awareness and from that space, impacting external life and society. At the IQF Club of Service, young minds are trained to emerge as resilient, empowered and responsible citizens of the nation. Besides the core practices of Sama Vedic Dhyaana (Meditation) and
Jeevana Tattva Sadhana (a Yogaasana regime), members of IQF Clubs learn through story-telling, poetry and inventive pedagogies. In 2026, IQF organised a residential program, called Aanandam for
52 Club members from Delhi NCR at the sylvan and tranquil campus of Ramakrishna Mission,
Dehradun. Participating students learned the principles of oneness, cooperation and self-control through Yoga, Meditation, mind-power games, group discussions, painting, music, and adventure activities during the week-long intervention. IQF Club members are also taken for off-campus visits to agriculture farms, technology centres, orphanages, and hospices for terminally-ill patients. To get exposed to innovative and emerging technologies, IQF Club members also throng the IIT Delhi campus during the Annual Open House of the institute.
The IQF clubs in different schools continue to inspire students to become contribution-oriented citizens of the nation. To love, live, learn and leave a legacy. The vision resonates with the prophecy of Swami
Vivekananda: “You take it from me. This rising will take place first in Russia, and then in China. India will rise next and will play a vital role in shaping the future world”.

The trainer will be responsible for undertaking content development, content delivery, training, and conducting sessions with school children.

Reporting To: Training Head
Job Profile
Conducting/Executing Training / IQF Club sessions in hybrid mode (online and offline)
Scheduling and conducting the IQF Club sessions in the designated schools (online and offline) in multiple locations
Managing interfaces with school teachers / IQF club coordinators on a daily/weekly basis for the IQF club sessions
Preparing/Designing educational modules for IQF club students. Content development for the clubs
Capturing Data of the IQF Club sessions / Workshops. Maintaining the MIS / database and sharing with the concerned authority
Co-hosting online and offline Camps and other Inter-School Events
Qualifications/ Experience/Competencies
Graduate/MSW/Diploma in Training and Development
Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience in a similar work profile
Experience in imparting training to school students or youth
Conversant with and inspired by the life and works of Swami Vivekananda
Communications Skills both oral and written in English and Hindi
Ability to lead and work as part of a team
Experience in fieldwork at the community level
Willingness to travel across the country
Proficiency in MS Office software
Self-driven and self-starter
