About Cohn Reznick Professional Services' Transaction Advisory Services team:
Manage and support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to middle market companies and private equity investors.
• Analyze historic and current financial information to summarize and analyze financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etc.
• Prepare Excel data books and analyze revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc.
• Coordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India
