Associate-Forex
What will you do • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require Forex services
• Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
• Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact and advise them of their remit with best rates.
• Receive phone calls from students, answering their questions regarding their Forex remittance.
• Facilitate servicing for the student in terms of processing the transactions. Monitor and analyse the pipeline to review performance & optimise accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met
• Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
• Create lead engagement plans and strategy
• Study the details of each offering and stay up-to-date on these
• Ensure efficient and effective lead utilisation with consistent follow-ups, low
• Turn-Around-Time and increased connectivity with multiple attempts Build cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insight
