Your key responsibilities
As an HR people and culture, you will be expected to- Increase workforce capability - Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding processes- Manage employee metrics at all levels- Indulge into Employee Welfare and Engagement programme.Must Have's- Minimum 1 Year of Experience into Recruitment- Must be excellent in MS Excel - Should be able to work in start-up cultureSkillsRecruiting/Onboarding/Training New Hires, HR Generalist & Employee relations
Desired Skills and Experience
Manage employee metrics at all levels , Increase workforce capability , On-boarding and Off-boarding processes , end to end Recruitment , Employee relations

What to bring
• 1-3 years of total experience, and experience in HR
• Needs to be analytically strong, and focused retiaing and hiring awesome talent
• Experience in developing co-operational strategy.
• MBA from a decent B-school, preferably in HR
• Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience of managing a team; Develop a strong practice of rapid experimentation, measurement & iteration within the team
