Note: Position will be based in NOIDA. We are looking for someone who is near by and can easily commute to location.
Seasoned HR Partner with 5 to 8 years of core Human Resources and Organization Development experience. This will be a Consulting Role. The candidate will be working on a range of projects and with clientele from diverse sectors and portfolio.
• Deep understanding of HR and OD Models
• Understanding of Training and Development--> Curriculum Design, Training Delivery & Training Need Analysis
• Competency Mapping
• Engage regularly with all stakeholders to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda
• Build Clientele- Business Development in the field of HR and OD
• Support communication processes within the departments to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
• Support in the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives/ processes specific to the function
• Proposal Design and Work on RFPs (Request For Proposal)
• Coordinate with various stakeholder and manage the pipelines
• Project Management in HR
• Employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Coaching & Mentoring- Understanding of Model and Processes
• Performance management and appraisal support,
• Training support, including identification of needs & design / identification of appropriate programs
• Career counseling / career development
• Exit Management
• Statutory compliances
• Others as defined from time to time
Prequalification/ Eligibility Criteria
• MBA in HR
• Experience of 5-10 years in HR Domain
• Consulting Experience will be an advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Hands on experience with stakeholder management and team management
• MIS and Excel Skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Based in NOIDA / Delhi-NCR
