We are looking to bring onboard Asst. Manager - Accounts Receivable for a Retail/ECom client in Delhi.
Position - Asst Manager - Accounts Receivable
Base Location - New Delhi
Reporting: Head/GM Accounts & Finance
Turnover: Around 40Crs
Responsibilities:
Lead End to End Accounts receivable and Invoicing.
Maintain Invoicing System, Generate invoices and account statements.
Ecommerce sales.
Daily Reconciliation, Collections Reports, Receipts, PAN India.
Raise Sales Invoicing
Collections
Debtors Ageing Report
GST Returns, Reconciliations and Workings.
TDS
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Prepare Analytical and ratio analysis
Inventory management
Cost accounting
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Producing monthly financials and management reports.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Financial management and analysis.
Internal policies
Taxation
Government policy
Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of working experience in end-to-end accounts Receivables
Experience of Accounts Receivable in multi location service retail business
Must be expert in Accounts Receivable
Good knowledge of excel/near-sheets
Hands on working on accounting system Tally, Zoho etc
Good Communication Skill
Aware about GST and TDS provisions
Education: B.Com/PG
