Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will have primarily day-to day responsibility for implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, taxation and internal control, in accordance with Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Manage a team of 3 members.
The candidate will be responsible for and expected to:
Direct & oversee all aspects of the finance and
accounting functions of the organization
Incoming invoices booking & payment
Outgoing invoices (domestic & import)
Travel expenses & cash expenses management
Fixed assets management
Tax Management
Accounting of all transactions
Cash flow management & MIS
Bank relationship management
1. Ensure compliance with local regulatory laws,
MH State and Indian taxation laws with timely
filing of returns.
2. Submit monthly MIS to the senior management
providing clear and true data of the financial
position of the company
(i) By ensuring closing of Books of Accounts in
timely and effective manner and with on time
compliance of accounting standards.
(ii) By focusing on co-ordination with other
Departments for collection of data/information
for timely recording of transactions
(iii) By regularly monitoring banks, vendors &
customers reconciliations
(iv) By ensuring that effective internal
accounting controls are in place
(v) By ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP for
financial reporting
(vi) By preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly
financial statements (P&L Account, Balance
sheet and annual reports, group reports,
forecasts, budget, follow up)
(vii) By ensuring data quality is controlled,
accruals are done accurately and deviations, if
any, are escalated to find explanations before
finalization and submission to management.
(viii) By interfacing with Statutory, Group,
Internal, tax and GST Auditors and providing
them with all necessary documents for the audit
process.
3. Continuously enhance documented systems,
policies and procedures in finance and accounts
and provide necessary support & training to
personnel so that they can discharge their
responsibility efficiently.
4. Provide technical financial advice and
knowledge to others within the financial
discipline.

who is ambitious and willing to work in a highly
dynamic and international environment.
You are expected to:
(1) Have a minimum 8 years relevant industrial
experience, preferably in the manufacturing
industry
(2) Have a strong knowledge and experience of
Income tax, Custom duties, GST & TDS
provisions
(3) Have a strong knowledge and experience of
statutory compliances
(4) Be conversant with the use of ERP platforms
SAGE
(5) Have a thorough knowledge in MS Excel
(6) Good communication skill written and spoken
English.
(7) Have an experience in working with foreign
companies in India
