End-to-End Human Resource Management
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End-to-End Human Resource Management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in various HR functions and possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end
HR processes. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions, sourcing, recruiting, and employee onboarding activities.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements. Prepare HR-related reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Salary : 3 to 5 LPA
