HR Generalist Role such as Leave & Attendance management of employees.
Statutory Compliance:- Should have a handle on statutory compliance (ESI,PF, PT etc.)
Weekly and Monthly Report Generation
Good English Communication & MS Excel Skill will have an added advantage.
