Job Description
Updating & maintaining employee’s data in payroll system (SAP & PayPac).
Maintaining and updating various MIS reporting pertaining to Payroll and HR activities.
Calculation and deduction of payroll tax (TDS) and Processing Form 16.
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
Responsible for preparation of returns of Employees PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.
Handing payroll related employee’s quires.
Processing gratuity claim of resigned and death claim of employees and maintaining gratuity Fund trust account for all Companies.
Issuing Internship offer and completion letter.
Processing stipend for interns as per approval from ED - HR.
Conducting Exit interview for all employees issuing of (Experience, Relieving Letters etc.).
Other activities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
