Job Description
The position involves the overseeing and direction of the Human relations, Industrial Relations, EHS and Administrative programs. The position acts as a liaison and assists in matters with the management team regarding business development, internal and external recruiting requirements, policy development, employee orientation, employee relations, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliances and communications. Responsible for the communication, understanding, managing and compliance of Labour Laws, EHS matters as well as developing an effective disability management program. The Position holder has ongoing contacts both internally and externally and must combine his/her human skills to plan, lead and motivate the team toward meeting Organization’s objectives…ETC…
