· Responsible to handle all recruitment activities.

· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)

· Advertise job openings on Company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

· Understanding of referral programs.

· Solid verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines.

· Following up on the interview process status.

· Responsible to complete joining formalities.

· Responsible for attendance tracking system.

· Responsible to general HR activity as assigned by superior.

Should generate and maintain MIS reports.

Qualification:

Graduate or MBA (HR)

Desired Candidate:

· Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

· Experience with sourcing techniques.

· Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment and HR activity.

· Very good knowledge in Ms-office (Excel).
