Position: Asst Manager - HR Operation
Education: Graduate
Experience: 3+ Years in Staffing Industry
Job Responsibility:
• Complete compliance as per the Client's requirements and compliance process cycle.
• Collect Recruitment bill from Vendors and check as per agreement & process for payment.
• Maintain attendance register, Leave tracker in Excel and process Payroll.
• Initiate and complete all Challan generation like PF, ESI, P.Tax etc. timely and filing returns.
• Maintain record for Audit purpose.
