Job DescriptionCentral Bank Of India Recruitment 2...Essentials Thorough understanding of Civil, Structural, MEP and Finishing works for a kitchen, Must have completed a minimum of 2-3 large central kitchen / food factory projects (more than sq. ft.).
Experience of working on multiple projects, Should have working knowledge of kitchen equipment's especially in a bakery / chocolate / ice cream industry, Should have demonstrable experience of bringing cost efficiency / value engineering through alternatives for infrastructure MEP / finishing materials, Should have good troubleshooting skills, Creating and reviewing project progress through MS Projects or other projecttools, Should have good understanding of material and workmanship quality, timelines and budgets in a Projectsenvironment, Good communication skills.
Desirable Should have a good understandingof bakery processes. Integrity and Positive attitude. Self starter and honest. Qualification
• Civil or Mechanical Experience 6 to 10 years, primarily in Projects function for kitchens of food processing factory / central kitchens.
